How to file a return when I have both form 16 and form 16a

I worked as a consultant for part year and as an employee for part year. Now I have both a form-16 and a form-16a in my hand and would need your input on how to file taxes for the same.

use ITR-3 Form

You can use form ITR-3 to fill the information in.
